The U.S. Air Force has ordered to review how they choose the overnight accommodation facilities after the reports of the crew occasionally staying at President Donald Trump’s Scotland Resort while refueling, as per a statement was given to Politico on Sunday night.
Since last few months, Air Force and Alaska Air National Guard Unit’s halt at President Trump’s resort in Scotland while on a trip to Kuwait has been investigated by the House Oversight Committee. An Air Force official demanded that all guidelines for choosing accommodation facilities were followed appropriately, even providing proof that Trump’s resort offered lower room rates than nearby hotels.
However, a chief representative likewise recognized that military “lodging at higher-end accommodation facilities, regardless of whether inside government rate, may be reasonable however not prudent.” He included that the Air Force will in this matter survey its accommodation selection procedure.
Air Force Brig. Gen.
